WHAT DOES IT COST?

HOUSE-SITTING ONLY - NO CHILDREN / NO PETS / NO CLEANING:
  • $50.00 per 24 hours or $5.00 per hour (minimum $25.00)...OR...-OR-
  • $20.00 per trip to bring in the mail, change the lighting, take out the garbage, water the plants...(one half hour time).

HOUSE-SITTING with PETS:
  • HOURLY: $8.00 per hour (minimum $25.00)...OR...
  • PER DAY - TRIPS: $25.00 per trip to play with, feed, walk your Pets (an hour)...OR....
  • OVERNIGHT RATE:$100.00 per 24 hours to stay at your house

HOUSE-SITTING with CHILD(REN):
  • HOURLY: $10.00 per hour. Add $2.00 per hour for each additional child (minimum $50.00)...OR...
  • OVER-NIGHT STAY: $125.00 per 24 hours
HOUSE-SITTING with CHILDREN AND PETS:
PRICE OF HOUSE-SITTING with CHILD(REN) (SEE ABOVE) PLUS...
  • HOURLY: $2.00-$5.00 depending on the animal / responsibility it requires
  • OVERNIGHT STAY: $5.00-$50.00 depending on the animal / responsibility
OVERNIGHT SITTING REQUIRES ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE DATES:

$100.00 deposit is
required to book and hold date.

Once that date has been confirmed,
  • $50.00 is non-refundable and
  • $50.00 is credited to the home owner toward the total price.
OR

*
$50.00 deposit is required to book and hold date If NO children AND you do NOT require me to stay in your home all day and overnight (Only Applies if more than one trip or day).
Once that date has been confirmed,
  • $25.00 is non-refundable and
  • $25.00 is credited to the home owner toward the total price.
Cleaning up after pets and children to keep house in same shape during stay is included with care.

Light maintenance cleaning and cleaning up after pets and children to keep house in same shape and preparing meals during stay is included with long term stay (over night stay).

More detailed or bigger jobs such as vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting, cleaning bathroom, etc are charged at individual price, approximate / estimated average for routine cleaning is @ $25.00 per hour. Care for the Children will always take priority.

ABOUT ME

I am a mother of 4 children: 2 boys: ages 30 and 28, and 2 girls: ages 21 and 17.

We had a foster dog: Jack, a Jack Russell Terrier
(pictured below right in a pink sweater)
and we currently have 2 dogs: Lucky Charm,
he's half cocker spaniel, half maltese
(pictured to the right cuddling with Jack),
and Champ, a catahula pitull (pictured below left) and a turtle.











We had a cat for 19 years. In past years, between our 4 children, we have had birds, cats, hampsters, gerbils, and many fish! We have house sat cats, dogs, fish, turtles, ferretts and snakes.

I have cleaned houses and house sat for over 25 years all over Florida.

I have cared for children since 1976, first working in a day-care center, then obtaining my Montessori teacher certification, teaching in the classroom, then owning my own Early Childhood Learning Center.

For 2 years, I owned a party events business: "PARTY WITH ME!" and was party events planner and coordinator which evolved into a personal assistant and life organizer job which I did for 2 years, then came full circle with me going back into being a personal assistant again for the last 3 years, along with house-sitting, baby massage, and swim instruction.


I am currently developing my WEDDING & EVENT Planning Business: A TIME 2 REMEMBER and my Professional Organizing business: The Organize It Coach

My 2 daughters assist me in my house-sitting business.
We are C.P.R. and First Aide trained.
